Dve popularne igre: Counter Strike: Global Offensive i Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 su dobile svoju Free 2 Play varijantu. Free 2 Play model igranja podrazumeva da igrač igru preuzima sa interneta potpuno besplatno, a zatim proizvođaču plaća kroz transakcije unutar igre. Ovaj model već primenjuju mnogi veliki naslovi poput Fortnite, League of Legends, World of Tanks i sl…
Modeli su različiti pa ću dati kratko objašnjenje za svaki od naslova.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 Lite
PES u besplatnoj, Lite, verziji nudi pristup MyClub sadržajima gde se u početku dobiju poeni da se započne karijera, ali je kasnije neophodno dopunjavati “kredit” transakcijama unutar igre kako biste mogli normalno da nastavite igru. Ono što je bitno jeste da u Lite verziji postoji i mod Egzibicije gde možete na konzoli da igrate sa društvom u lokalnom multiplejeru. Ipak ovaj mod je ograničen na mali broj klubova (tu su Barselona, Liverpul, Shalke 04, Inter, Milan, 4 južnoamerička kluba i reprezentacije Argentine i Francuske) i samo dva stadiona na kojima se može igrati. Dakle kao neka vrsta demo verzije igre koja vam omogućava da isprobate kako radi pa ako vam se svidi možete da kupite punu verziju. Napomena da PES 2019 i dalje nije dostupan na PC Steam platformi za naš region, dok se na PS4/X1 može zaista skinuti potpuno besplatno bez potrebe za PSN ili XBOX Live pretplatama i slično.
Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
CS:GO je sada postao potpuno besplatan s tim da igrači koji igraju free 2 play verziju u startu nemaju pristup takozvanom PRIME segmentu igre gde vas igra uparuje sa protivnicima istog ranga veštine, postoji mnogo bolja zaštita od varanja, koje je dosta rašireno, i slično. Kodovi koje mi imamo na stanju daju odmah pristup PRIME statusu u igri i isti se i dalje prodaju na Steam platformi po istoj ceni koja je bila i do sada, tako da tu nije bilo promena. Napomena da i free 2 play igrači mogu da “zarade” PRIME status igranjem, ali moraju da aktivno igraju između 180 i 240 sati (zavisno od toga koliko su vešti) što je poprilično vremena. Ko je do sada imao kupljenu igru je automatski dobio PRIME status.
